Rains of terror
A deadly planet sixty-three light-years away.
A pretty blue sphere that looks like earth,
But death within it reigns.
A Jovian planet, no known life,
And thirty-seven moons.
Over one-thousand degrees Fahrenheit
Day and night, too hot for me and you.
It orbits its K-type star
Every two point two days.
While it rains molten glass
That is dangerously blown sideways.
To you who see this planet
Its beauty is supreme.
To you who land on it
A treacherous death it would mean.
